Job Description:

Werde Teil eines engagierten Teams von Strukturanalyse Ingenieuren im Side Engineering Nordenham im Bereich Rumpf Primärstruktur, das sich um die technische Betreuung von Projekten und Produktion für die Weiterentwicklung von Strukturkomponenten der A320, A330 und A350 Family kümmert.

Machbarkeitsstudien, Unterstützung beim Detailed Design, technisches Management von Struktur Projekten bis hin zur Zertifizierung werden Bestandteile deines Jobs.

Als Teil dieses Teams wirst Du:

  • Validierung der Struktur Bauabweichungen (Primär-und Sekundärstruktur) durch Unterschriftsdelegation, bestehend aus Metallwerkstoffen, in statischer Hinsicht, wie auch hinsichtlich Materialermüdung.

  • Analysieren und freigeben von Production Improvement Modifications (PIM's) oder Continuous Product Development (CPD), hinsichtlich Statik und Betriebsfestigkeit

  • Bewertung und Vermeidung von Non-Conformities, die potenziell Auswirkungen auf die Auslieferungen und die dazugehörigen Milestones haben.

  • Die Einhaltung von Vorschriften, relevanten Konstruktionsprinzipien, Prozessen, Methoden und Richtlinien zu Fertigungsmöglichkeiten überprüfen

  • Vor Ort Entscheidungen treffen, um die Fertigung zu entblocken. Dazu zählt die Definition einer Strukturreparatur zur Wiederherstellung der Flugtüchtigkeit unter Beachtung der relevanten Designprinzipien, der zugehörigen Zulassungs- und Sicherheitsanforderungen, sowie der zugehörigen Prozesse und Methoden.

  • Mit Schnittstellen Partnern und mit relevanten Stakeholdern kommunizieren

  • Relevante Vorgaben für die Konstruktion zur Erstellung von Zeichnungen für die Fertigung bereitstellen und andere Funktionen (z. B. Produktion, Kundensupport) nach Bedarf unterstützen.

  • Überwachung und Unterstützung von Unterauftragnehmern durchführen.

Wir erwarten

  • Ingenieurstudium der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbar

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Strukturmechanik / Strukturberechnung

  • Toolset-Erfahrung wünschenswert: ISAMI, Altair Hyperworks, Nastran, TREND oder CATIA

  • Grundlagen des Projektmanagements

  • Offene und neugierige Denkweise, praktische und agile Herangehensweise

  • Aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen Arbeitsweisen.

  • Englisch und Deutsch fließend

  • Kompetenz für eine Technical Approver Delegation

You will be part of an engaged team of structure analysis engineers in side engineering Nordenham in the fuselage primary structure perimeter contributing to technical projects for the incremental development and production of A320, A330 and A350 Family. Working on feasibility studies, solving production issues, supporting in the detailed design and certification phase, managing structure-driven projects will be part of your job.

As part of this team you will:

  • Approval of Concessions for primary and secondary Structure by means of signature delegation for structure analysis and fatigue

  • Structure Analysis and release of production improvements

  • Assessment and reduction of non- conformities

  • Rely on your experience in the domain of structure analysis in order to take over the technical management of related projects.

  • Perform structure feasibility studies for metallic, composite and hybrid structures according to validated methods

  • Check adherence to regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines.

  • Interface and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure that relevant inputs are provided to the Design for the creation of drawings for manufacture and provide support to other functions (i.e. production, customer support) as needed.

  • Perform monitoring and support of Sub-contracting firms providing structure analysis work.

We expect

  • Engineering Degree in Aerospace or comparable

  • Experience in structure mechanic / structure analysis

  • Toolset experience preferred: ISAMI, Altair Hyperworks, Nastran, CATIA, TREND

  • Project management fundamentals

  • Open and curious mindset, practical and agile approach

  • Open-minded for new ways of working

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Competency for a Technical Approver Delegation
